Larry West began this soul-winning ministry in 1975 in West Monroe, Louisiana.  Knocking doors to offer aid to neighbors coming upon hard times and preaching the Gospel at night was the emphasis at the start and continues today.  Larry is nearing his 100^th campaign.

Willie assists Larry in preaching.  He is primary speaker with WCM’s Small Church Campaigns (SCC).  SCCs are conducted with churches consisting of 75 members and fewer wanting to grow.

Bob trains preachers and elders, missionaries and special-requests before, during and after campaigns. Bob has conducted in excess of 9000 personal Bible studies in his life and is a par-excellent soul winner. He even handles cult situations.  He and Larry have been together in this ministry since its beginning.

Marco not only serves as translator for Larry’s sermons each time Larry speaks, but he is director of the Spanish language We Care Ministries.  He trains Christians in Spanish how to win the lost and he preaches during Spanish-language campaigns.

Ken, Team Assignment Coordinator. During every We Care Campaign Ken puts the teams together for each outing.  The growing numbers of wonderful laborers (called Cadre) demand coordinating during the 12-day events.

Ida, Assistant Editor After Action Report after every spiritual invasion against Satan for the souls of men, WCM sends a 16-page full-color report to the battle staff, now approaching 10,000 on the mailing list.

Peggy trains one or more local Christian ladies at the campaign site how to keep the proper information and organize it.  Each name is a soul!

James directs the AfterCare work of WCM.  That is, he arrives first at the site and helps local Christians both be motivated and instructs them how to keep the new Christians who will be won during the upcoming We Care Campaign scheduled.  He assists the soul winners during the campaign with first lessons and helps appoint mentoring families.

Lisa keeps the home-fires burning at the West Monroe office, typing letters, referring questions to the proper person, filling orders, assisting everyone on the team and the Cadre.
